Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept PayPal which accepts most major credit cards.  You don’t need a PayPal account to make your order.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping up to 5 – 8 business days

Shipping up to 13 – 18 business days

Shipping up to 13 – 33 business days

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes. notice the green lock at the top of the page? That means all data in site is encrypted. Also, none of your credit card information is stored locally. That part is handled by Paypal and Stripe, the experts.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive a confirmation with your order info in the email used to place order. You will later receive another email when your order ships with a tracking number and shipping information. This email can be received from 3-5 days after ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been created.

Contact our customer care as soon as possible with your store name, the product name, the order number, and your customer’s name. If a cancellation is possible, we will attempt to do everything in our power to make it happen.

No cancelations nor address changes are possible during the holiday season.

Can I return my order?

We only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.

Once an order has been sent to production you can no longer cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the wrong size or color was ordered Boogie Family is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Please check the size charts provided very carefully before placing order. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
